Rules and Regulations

• Professional Conduct: Instructors must maintain a high level of professionalism, treating all students with respect and fairness.
• Inclusivity: Instructors should promote an inclusive atmosphere, welcoming learners from diverse backgrounds, including underprivileged children, individuals with disabilities, and transgender individuals.
• Curriculum Compliance: Instructors are required to follow the established curriculum and guidelines provided by Learningseva while also incorporating their teaching style.
• Feedback and Evaluation: Instructors should be open to take feedback from students and program coordinators, and actively engage in continuous improvement.
• Confidentiality: Instructors must respect the privacy of all students and maintain confidentiality regarding their personal information and experiences. No personal information will be shared or gathered from the students. we prefer more confidentiality to on students personal information. payments should be collected from students, it has to go through company website
• Commitment: Instructors are expected to fulfill their commitments regarding class schedules, training sessions, and communication with students.

4. Demonstration Session: Candidates may be required to conduct a brief demonstration session to showcase their teaching abilities and engagement strategies.
5. Final Selection: Successful candidates will receive an official offer to join our team of instructors and will be provided with orientation with onbording process.
